Cooperatives have a long history, and the values that cooperatives recognize are human, about mutual help and cohesion. The basic idea of our cooperative is cooperation, mutual help, loyalty and traditional cooperative values, which are based on solid cooperative principles with more than 170 years of history.

• Fun Park Mēridien (attractions, contact zoo, mountain hut, fast food stalls, ski lift, ratrak)

The Mēridien cooperative owns:

• 41 apartments in Mēridien Five Star Resort
• Restaurant, roof bar, indoor and outdoor wellness, fitness center, hairdresser, bowling, children's indoor playground at Mēridien Five Star Resort
• Fun Park Mēridien on an area of 72,000m2 The following attractions are part of the Fun Park Meridien: a contact zoo, the largest bouncy castle, the longest slide in Europe, an obstacle arena, a trampoline field, electric cars with a racing track, a ski lift that takes you to all attractions all year round . An inflatable pool will be prepared for visitors, in which a foam party will be held every 2 hours
• Additional income will come from the operation of the mountain hut, sky bar, sale of ice cream, cotton candy, drinks and snacks for children and adults

Cooperative annuity

Cooperative annuity is a regular income for a cooperative member twice a year, which comes from the cooperative's created assets and income from these assets for the cooperative. It means that the cooperative annuity is not directly conditioned by the personal activity of the cooperative member. The amount of annuity for each member is directly proportional to the financial income generated from these assets. Each member of the cooperative is entitled to his annuity according to the established rules and fair conditions.

Annuity consists of:

• 41 apartments for rent
• From the comprehensive management of 94 apartments and from the operation of these services within the resort: Restaurant, roof bar, indoor and outdoor wellness, fitness center, hairdresser, bowling, children's indoor playground at Mēridien Five Star Resort
• From the operation of the Fun Park Mēridien on an area of 72.000 m2

Estimated annual revenue consists of:

• from the comprehensive management of 94 apartments
• from the rental of 41 apartments
• from revenue from all inclusive + wellness
• from income from operation of the Fun park + Sky bar + mountain hut

The cooperative manages 35% of the revenues, 65% of the revenues are distributed among the shareholders. We assume a return of approx. 13% p.a. from the membership share, which is determined based on market analysis of recreational services provided in a given location over the last 10 years.
The income is paid twice a year on 30/4/ and as on 30/9/ after the completion of the audited financial statements performed by Deloitte company.
